Bungay Flooring Systems completed this commercial grind and seal concrete flooring project to restore and protect the existing concrete while creating a clean, durable, low-maintenance finish.

Our team mechanically ground the concrete to remove surface imperfections and properly prepare the floor for sealing. Two coats of H&C Concrete Sealer were then applied to create a smooth, uniform surface with added protection against moisture, stains, and everyday wear.

The finished floor provides a practical, cost-effective alternative to fully polished concrete for commercial and light-industrial spaces that need durable concrete flooring without a highly reflective finish.
