Grind & Seal Concrete Finish – Two-Coat H&C Sealer Application

This project featured a complete grind and seal concrete system, designed to refresh and protect the existing surface while providing a clean, low-maintenance finish. Our in-house team mechanically ground the concrete to remove surface imperfections and prepare it for a new sealer system.

We applied two coats of H&C Concrete Sealer, delivering a smooth, uniform appearance with enhanced protection against moisture, stains, and everyday wear. The result is a durable, cost-effective flooring solution ideal for commercial and light-industrial environments seeking both performance and visual appeal — without the higher reflectivity of full polished concrete.
